iPhone, iOS 18 or later. English and Swedish are supported; English first.
Is it free?
The app is free to download, and logging and training stay free. PUMP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that covers the planning intelligence — monthly or yearly, billed through your Apple ID, cancellable any time in your subscription settings.
Where is my data?
On your phone. There is no account and no cloud. That also means: delete the app and the data goes with it, so keep normal iOS backups if your history matters to you.
