Using PUMP!
PUMP! grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, under Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.
Not medical advice
PUMP! plans and tracks strength training. It is not a medical device and its suggestions are not medical advice. Training carries risk — lift within your ability, use appropriate equipment, and consult a qualified professional before starting or changing a training program, especially if you have a health condition or injury.
Subscriptions
PUMP Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple ID, offered monthly or yearly, with introductory pricing where available. The price and period are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your device’s subscription settings. Free or discounted access granted through offer codes ends according to the offer’s stated terms. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your data
Your training data is stored on your device and is yours. See the privacy policy. You are responsible for your own device backups.

The app is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the same extent, our liability for any damages arising from use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these terms as the product evolves; material changes will be noted in the app or on this page with a new date below.
